The Ministry of Cooperative Development con ducted an inquiry into the activities of the Masaku Teachers Sacco Society and the findings have been hidden from members.

The Anchor has however been serializing the findings in the last two issues and in this issue brings out a verbatim account of those whose loans are in the negative and are driving the sacco to death.
