MACHAKOS Governor Dr Alfred Mutua  has taken his Maendeleo Chap Chap movement out of his County in what is baffling both his supporters and critics as he clutches of straws to survive.His fate hangs in the balance if the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission haul him to court to answer graft allegations over the procurement of Subaru Outback cars for his ministers and a Toyota Landcruiser for his office outside regulations.
