Four suspected killers
 of UON don charged

FOUR men suspected to be the killers of University of Nairobi don Professor Nzuve are facing a raft of charges arising from the incident.martinmasai@facebook.com

The main charge is a robbery with violence count that states that on December 12, 2015 in Kyakatulu village in Tala jointly with others not in court, armed with a pistol robbed Prof Nzuve of 3 laptops,2 wrist watches,three mobile phones, and three ATM cards all valued at Sh.420,000 and at the time shot and killed the professor
The suspects as appearing in this photo are Cyrus Mutunga Masaku,Dominic Mutua Mutinda,Stephen Munyinyi Irungu, and Ronald Ngala Kyayumbi.
Ngala is facing an alternative charge handling suspected stolen property on 15 December 15, 2015 at Eastleigh Nairobi. that he received and retained one laptop, two wrist watches all valued at Shs.110,000 knowing and having reason to believe them to be stolen
Munyinyi on faces a similar charge that on December 15 2015 at Eastleigh Section 3 in Nairobi he received and retained one HP laptop valued at Shs.80,000 knowing and having reason to believe it to be stolen
The fou face another joint charge o robbery with violence under the hanging act that on December 12 2015, they jointly, with others not before court, while armed with a pistol robbed Mrs rose Nzioki Musembi of 3 mobile phones,one wedding ring all valued Sh 150,000 and at the time of robbery used violence on her.
On count four, Mutinda is accused of being in possession of suspected stolen property contrary to sec 323 of penal code- that he was found with one ring,one power bank,one Nokia phone,sim card,one flash disk,one safaricom modem,on red flash disk ,5 watches ,24 inch Samsung TV set suspected to have been stolen.
Masaku is represented by lawyer Joel Mbaluka.
