face Graft charge

9 officials of the County Assembly of Machakos and a trader are facing corruption charges arising from suspected flawed procurement.
The officials-Peter Meria, Peter Muema Mbatha, Peter Kivelenge, Teresia Ngina Muinde, Jonathan Mulatya Nzioka, Evelyn Kimote, Nancy Wangai, Raphael Makau and Charles Njuguna were charged along Nicholas Munyao Musyoka, a director of Admac Ltd over the supply of six computers in a corrupt manner.
They denied the charge before Machakos Anti Corruption Court where the magistrate B Nyangena entered a plea of not guilty. Case will be heard between Jan 12-16, 2015.
