GOVERNOR Charity Ngilu's election as Kitui Governor was today upheld by the Supreme Court of Kenya.

Three judges of the court tossed out an appeal ;lodged by defeated governor Julius Malombe saying it lacked merit.

Machakos county commissioner Matilda Sakwa has issued traders operating on road reserve in Mlolongo with a seven day notice to relocate to allow for effective operations of the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA).

Sakwa said the Machakos county security team is partnering with KenHA to ensure that the road reserve along Mombasa Road, especially in Mlolongo is clear.

Free Medical Camps

Over 400 people were today treated at a free medical camp at Kanyaa and Kakululo in Migwani in Partnership with University of Nairobi and Mwlngi KMTC.
