Court upholds election of Kikumbulyu South MCA.

Kikumbulyu South ward MCA Kalunda wa Kalunda today won a petition filed in Makindu law court challenging his win.
The court ruled the petitioner Mirriam Ngina failed to convince the court with undoubtable evidence to challenge the declaration of Mr Jades Kalunda as MCA Kikumbulyu South .
Makindu Senior Principal Magistrate Alex Ireri declared Kalunda was validly elected.
The Court awarded the respodents osts amounting Kes. 1m to be paid by the petioner .
